In Bali heat, we dress our own kids in double-layer muslin cotton: a romper or playsuit by day, a onesie underneath when it's cooler, and cozy muslin pajamas at night. The open weave lets air move through the fabric, so sweat dries fast and nothing clings. We wash everything often and it only gets softer.

We live in Bali, so heat is just the weather we raise our kids in. Muslin cotton is what we reach for ourselves: it's loose-woven so air gets through, and it gets softer every time it's washed. Everything we make for Epic is what we already put on our own two.
This is the one Vanessa reaches for on the hottest days, easy to get on a wriggling toddler and leaves arms and legs free to move.

It's the loose weave, not a flaw. Ours softens and relaxes more with every wash, and creases are normal for this kind of cotton.
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, then tumble dry low or hang to dry. Skip the fabric softener and skip high heat, both wear down the weave over time.
